- With these bikes you get to go down the seashore and return back without much need to pedal uphill
- Word of caution: Bikes or biking on them is not insured. If you decide to borrow them, they are on your total responsibility! You are not allowed to drive more than 25 km/s per hour. If you do, you break the Israeli law. Before you go amidst traffic, try them in a safe environment. You may never leave them unlocked outside, for instance going to a market! If they are stolen, it is your responsibility. Bikes are stored in a storage belonging to this holiday home.
Terrace
- 11 m2 terrace, with amazing panoramic view to the Sea and national park
- You can see biblical Mt. Ebal in the distance of 47 kms or even a Moshe Aviv Tower in Ramat Gan of 235 meters 55 kms away on a clear day
- Dining table and chairs for 4. Cushions are kept in bedroom storage.
- There is a camera in the outside corner of the terrace. Your privacy is not intruded, as it is pointing towards the sea or the park. Owners just want to enjoy the views sometimes or check the weather over in Zichron.

- 7 m2 storage room downstairs, to be used for suitcases for instance

Closest security room is 30 meters away from the apartment. You walk to it inside the building. On top there are 3 concrete floors above. The complex has 2 security rooms on each level. So all in all there are many security rooms. Also the unit’s private storage room (7 sqm) on bottom floor is built like a bunker and is underneath the whole complex.
Laundry room downstairs (in addition to washer/dryer in the holiday home):
